Refund policy

We want you to love your DaPri Essentials pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no stains or scent).

    •    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items are final sale.

    •    Accessories (such as headbands) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at dapriessentials21@gmail.com 

with:

    •    Your order number

    •    The item(s) you’d like to return

    •    The reason for your return

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a return address.

🚚 Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

💳 Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

    •    Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    •    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
